Hello, pretty friend! I’m so glad you’re here! My name is Britt Richardson and I have been behind the chair as a hair artist since 2017. You can find me at Salon 7 in Monroe, LA. I specialize in low-maintenance, lived in color. I have an intentional focus on maintaining the healthiest version of your hair as well as the restoration of your hair’s health if needed. Healthy hair is the prettiest hair! It is my joy to help each guest feel confident not only physically but also to encourage confidence mentally. I believe that when you sit in the right hairdresser’s chair it is therapy, or as I like to call it, hairapy! If you have any questions at all, please reach out! Cancellation Policy
I ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of 100% the price of your scheduled appointment. I understand that life can be unpredictable, and my intention is to always lead with compassion and grace. I ask that you meet me in this space with the understanding that this is my business, and in order to protect it and honor both your schedule and mine, my boundaries + expectations are firm in this section.
I book out a custom time-slot specifically for you + your hair on my schedule. That being said, if our session is canceled or rescheduled within 24 hrs, it does not give me enough time to fill that slot with another guest, and results in a loss of business. If you have no showed 1 time you will be required to put a card on file when booking future appointments. 2+ times, you will be no longer be allowed to access online booking. A non-refundable booking fee will be required for any future booking (must be booked directly through me personally) that can be applied to your service’s cost. If something comes up before your appointment, please reach out to me and let me know so I can plan accordingly.
